With over six years of experience as a personal trainer specializing in body recomposition, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. I hold certifications in sports science and have completed specialized training to work with clients who have unique considerations. My personal experiences with body dysmorphia, an eating disorder, PTSD, and trauma have profoundly shaped my approach to fitness and wellness. Through my own journey, I discovered the transformative power of fitness, which not only restored my gut health but also significantly improved my mental well-being.
